Prime Capital

This Platform Has Been Identified as Fraudulent

Prime Capital is a confirmed scam. Do not send money or share personal information. If you have been affected, contact your bank immediately and file a report with authorities.

How This Scam Works

Prime Capital operates primecapital.vc as a fraudulent cryptocurrency and investment platform exposed by multiple regulators across four countries. The FCA has issued warnings against no fewer than five "Prime Capital" branded entities — Prime Capital, Prime Capital Investment Company Limited, Prime Capital Invest (clone of authorised firm), PRIME CAPITAL TRADE, and Capital Prime Trade. Italy's CONSOB ordered the platform blacked out in 2023, Switzerland's FINMA warned against Prime Capital SE, and the Seychelles FSA confirmed no valid licence. Victims report a classic upgrade fee trap: a $500 deposit appears to grow to over $9,000 on a fake dashboard, before an "account upgrade fee" of $1,350 is demanded to release the profits — funds that never exist. Excellium Ltd has also independently exposed primecapital.vc as a crypto scam.
